This week, students will be creating a newspaper from The Revolutionary War Battles.  Students will pick their own groups based on the year the battle was.  Each group member will write an article about their battle and then combine them into the newspaper.  The group will be responsible for the editing of each others work and putting it into a visually appealing document.  There is only a small group grade (see next sentence); no one will have their grade go down if any other member does not due their work. Student's grades will be 90% of their own work (27 out of 30 is their article) and 10% on how the newspaper turned out (is it visually appealing and put together well).  The newspaper will be due on Monday, March 10.
